4. Product Specifications & Usage Protocols
Polar Red Light LED strives to accurately display the technical specifications, optical irradiance, dimensions, and wavelength distributions of our devices, including our advanced 7-wavelength diode matrix (440nm, 630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm, 850nm, 1050nm). However, slight manufacturing variations or optical measurement tolerances (±5%) may occur.
All products must be operated strictly in accordance with the provided user guides, voltage requirements, and recommended distance guidelines (typically 6 to 12 inches from bare skin for 10–15 minutes per session). We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue items without prior notice.
5. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Processing
All product prices are displayed in your selected local currency (e.g., AUD, USD, EUR, GBP) using current exchange rates calculated relative to our base currency (AUD). Prices do not include applicable local taxes, import tariffs, or customs clearance fees unless explicitly noted at checkout.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe and Polar Red Light LED to charge the designated amount to your chosen payment method. We do not store or retain complete credit card numbers on our servers.
6. International Shipping, Customs & Delivery
We ship our devices internationally via reputable global courier networks. Estimated transit times provided at checkout are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes: For international orders shipped outside Australia, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees levied by destination country authorities. Polar Red Light LED has no control over these government charges.
